Residential
For residential projects, individuals are able to fill out a New Home Design Criteria, which allows many options to start creating your new dream home that can become a reality.
Our staff will work with individuals to draw up a preliminary design. Once revisions are completed, the plans become construction ready. When an individual or builder receives a set of plans, the customer will receive the following that is included in our four set package.
Each set includes a Site Plan, Concrete Foundation Details, Wall Sections, Foundation, Floor Plan, Four Elevations, Roof and Electrical Plans.
Renovations & Additions
The Drawing Board creates the plans for builders and individuals needing an addition or remodel. This process begins by our staff taking existing field measurements, creating the existing layout, which is drafted on our CAD software, and then proposed plans and the design process begin.
Once the proper revisions are made, we create the needed drawings for required construction, which meet the up-to-date building code requirements.
Commercial
Our commercial division goes through a process, which allows for the client to achieve exactly what they envision. The Drawing Board stays current with the laws and regulations, even those in regard to the ADA compliance, required for commercial drawings.
Special Structures
Whether you need an aircraft hangar, a barndominium, or any type of building you can think of, we are able to create whatever type of “special structure” you need designed to fit your lifestyle.
The Drawing Board has designed and created plans for both these types of buildings, as we have the feel and knowledge of how these buildings are to be designed and to best fit your needs.
